Grand Canyon Christmas Mule Ride 2008 : See the difference between this trip and the one in August! Nancy and I took the mules to Phantom Ranch--went from snowstorm to mid-40's temperature at Phantom. The day-hiking was comfortable and we were well-bundled for the cold, as you will see!

Turducken dinner at the Okamoto house, November 30, 2008 : Dorothy outdid herself and made this scrumptious treat - turkey, duck, and chicken; all rolled up like a jelly roll! We had a great time eating it and were very thankful for her work.

Hawaii 2008 : Nancy, Dorothy, Peter, and I went to Hawaii for a week of relaxation. Beautiful weather, great food, snorkel adventures, and simple 'bobbing in the surf' made for a great week. Underwater pix taken by professional, of course...she was with us each time we found a snorkel spot.
